Jeep India is repeating May's discount sheet through June 2026, with benefits of up to Rs 1.65 lakh on the Meridian and up to Rs 1.5 lakh on the Compass. The Wrangler carries no offers this month, and the Grand Cherokee is already sold out for 2026.

What was announced

Jeep India has carried over its May 2026 offer structure into June. The Meridian gets benefits of up to Rs 1.65 lakh, while the Compass gets up to Rs 1.5 lakh. The Wrangler is being sold at full sticker this month, and the Grand Cherokee is no longer available, with 2026 stock already cleared.

A Rs 1.65 lakh discount on a Rs 38 lakh Jeep does not solve the Fortuner resale problem that has haunted the Meridian since launch.

On the Meridian, MY24 stock attracts corporate benefits of up to Rs 1.3 lakh for eligible buyers. Doctors and leasing companies get an additional Rs 30,000 on top. The Meridian uses a 170hp 2-litre diesel paired with either a 6-speed manual or 9-speed automatic, with 4x4 reserved for higher variants. Ex-showroom prices run from Rs 23.33 lakh to Rs 37.82 lakh.

The Car Jury verdict

A Rs 1.65 lakh sweetener on a Rs 23-38 lakh three-row diesel SUV is barely a rounding error, and that is the problem. The Meridian is a competent, comfortable highway machine, but Jeep is asking buyers to ignore that the Toyota Fortuner exists at this price, with resale value Jeep simply cannot match in India. The Innova HyCross takes care of the family-hauler brief even more decisively.

Biturbo Media of Biturbo Media rightly points out that Mahindra has been building Jeeps in India under license since 1947, yet today's Jeep India operation behaves like a niche importer. Buy the Meridian only if you have driven the Fortuner and Hyryder and walked away unmoved. Otherwise, this discount is not the nudge it pretends to be.
